Exchange & Return Policy – Crown City



At Crown City, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re happy to help with an exchange or return under the following conditions:



Exchanges



  • Exchanges are accepted within 30days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Exchange is allowed for size or color only, subject to availability.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.




Returns



  • Returns are accepted within 30days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition with the receipt.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.




Non-Returnable Items



  • Sale/clearance items
  • Accessories (if applicable)
  • Items damaged due to misuse
